Villa Toscana -Romanos

At the end of a 300m rural road, Villa Toscana is a private, secluded 1830's stone farmhouse, lovingly renovated to cater for discerning guests.

Set in the midst of an olive grove it has sea views from all areas.

With a total of 136m2 and built on two levels, it boasts a 7m high living room with a fireplace and open kitchen. The two en-suite bedrooms are on the upper level and both have a veranda area with outdoor furniture. An outdoor area with a BBQ, wood oven and stone table seating twelve is ideal for hosting summer night dinners al fresco!

VILLA PENELOPE -Marathoupoli

Villa Penelope is a 193m2, 5 bedroom - 4 bathroom (one bathroom has 2 shower cubicles) villa decorated in a Country Chic style and set in its own enclosed 6800m2 property with 50 olive trees and Mediterranean flora.

Decorated by its loving owners, it is more a home than an impersonal holiday property. It is built on two stories and has an open-plan kitchen/living room which has a large fireplace for the chillier evenings. All rooms are individually heated and cooled to provide for different needs. There is an unobstructed view of the sea and Proti Island from the verandas and the six strategically placed outdoor patios ensure there is a sunny or shady spot to sit at all times of the day.

The garden is reminicent of a Greek village garden and is totally pesticide and chemical-free for your childrens' and pets' safety. There is a large covered BBQ area for outdoor dining evenings with a traditional wood-fired oven, a large charcoal grill, food preperation areas, a sink and a large table.

It is conveniently situated just across the path (15m) from a small beach with cristal-clear waters, and the golden beaches of Chrissi Akti, Romanos and Voidokilia are a short drive away.

Villa Yialenia -Romanos

Villa Yialenia is a 300m2 stone-built house set in 6000m2 of gently sloping gardens, fringing on a long, golden sand beach and looking out over the Ionian sea to the sunset in the west.

This magnificent villa has a stunning kitchen, fully equipped to cater for the most demanding cook with adjacent breakfast areas, both indoor and outdoor.

The master en-suite bedroom which overlooks the dining and living areas, boasts a canopied king-size bed placed in the middle of the large room.

On the ground floor, two double bedrooms share a bathroom and one single bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The basement houses a sleeping area with double bed, a full bathroom, the laundry area, the wine cellar and ample cupboard space.

Guests would be expected to use a car for their daily transportation since all small villages around the area are not in walking distance from the estate. However, within 5 to 10 minutes one may explore the picturesque fishing villages of Gialova, Marathos and Pylos, which offer seafront bars and traditional, local food. Moreover, for the guest who is interested in cultural or historical monuments, there is plenty to be discovered around the area.

Villa Nestor Romanos

Villa Nestor is a 100m2 home located in the center of the small Greek village of Koryfasio. Located just two kms from the Navarino Dunes golf course, it is an ideal pied-a-terre for those who want the proximity to Greek village life with its food shops and central square cafes and the luxury of a brand new little villa with all the necessary modern comforts!

Villa Nestor comprises 2 stories. On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large, modern, corner sofa which can sleep 3 if needed and an open-plan airy kitchen. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine for your laundry.

Walking through the patio doors, you will find a little porch and garden with herbs and aromatic plants which you can use for your salads! Enjoy the warm summer evenings sitting on the outdoor furniture sipping a glass of wine and nibbling "mezes"! 

On the first floors you will find two bedrooms, one with a king-size double bed and the other with two single beds which can be configured as a double bed. Both bedrooms have their own veranda with furniture. Large cupboards will accommodate even the most luggage-laden guest! There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
